Electronic Commerce

Electronic commerce (EC) is changing the way goods and services are bought and sold. New and existing businesses are adopting EC to expand sales, improve service, reduce costs, meet customer demands and maintain a competitive position. NetPay is a family of secure enterprise class electronic commerce products based upon the SecureTranz Platform. The SecureTranz Platform is an open, extensible, standards based platform that provides for the rapid development and deployment of secure electronic commerce applications for the payments, billing and banking industry. NetPay employs a secure multi-tier client-server TP architecture consisting of NetPay Application Client (NAC), NetPay Application Server (NAS) and NetPay Resource Manager (NRM) applications. It is the only system to integrate industry standard payment, billing, banking services. NetPay is an internationalized product which supports multi- byte character sets and localization standards. NetPay products which include strong encryption technology have been granted a commodity classification with unrestricted export by the United States Commerce Department.

The NetPay Payment System is a comprehensive end-to-end enterprise class payment solution. It consists of the NetPay Merchant, NetPay Gateway, and NetPay Wallet applications for merchants, financial institutions, and consumers. These products are designed to support traditional and emerging payment mechanisms including "Pay Now" (debit card and EFT), "Pay Later" (credit card) and "Pay Before" (e-cash stored value card e.g., Mondex and Visa Cash). The NetPay Merchant is a comprehensive payment authorization, settlement and management system that enables individual merchants and malls to accept and manage electronic payments. The product works in concert with industry standard shopping catalog products such as Intershop, Oracle ICS and Microsoft Commerce Server. It supports traditional payments to processors via SSL, dial and lease line as well as SET. NetPay includes a comprehensive call center with integrated customer service and administration applications for credit-return management, transaction management and report generation. The system supports payment aggregation, recurring payments, loyalty, stand-in authorization and private label credit cards. The NetPay Gateway is a comprehensive SET payment interface solution that enables financials institutions such as banks, card companies, and third party credit processors to process and manage SET based transactions. The system interfaces directly with existing host processors through ISO8583 or proprietary message interfaces. The NetPay Wallet is a comprehensive electronic wallet product for consumers.
